Solarium Studios is a raw, flexible warehouse space designed for artists who need room to experiment, get messy, and work without fear of making a mark. With open air, simple finishes, and a grounded, unfussy feel, the space encourages process over perfection and creativity in its most honest form.
What we offer:
Each studio is enclosed by walls on three sides, with a curtain entrance on the fourth, creating a balance of privacy and openness. Every studio includes access to a power supply.
Artists also have shared access to a communal kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, hot plate, and kettle, as well as an outdoor, enclosed restroom with a composting toilet.
While the space is not yet air-conditioned, it is kept comfortable with circulating fans, and full air conditioning is planned for the near future.
